Employees keep their personal Zoe
The account stays the same account. Personal memory, conversations and personal documents do not move into the organization. The organization adds an authorized knowledge layer on top.
Credits follow the organization package
At this stage the organization does not restrict Zoe features. Employees get the full Zoe experience, and their monthly credits align with the package the organization bought: Basic, Pro or Max.
How it works
- Create an organization and choose a package.
- Invite existing or new Zoe users.
- Upload organization documents and procedures.
- Employees keep talking to Zoe — and Zoe can answer from organization material when relevant.
Important boundaries
- Organization knowledge is answer material, not personal memory.
- Organization admins do not receive access to personal conversations.
- Users in multiple organizations will need an active organization selector to prevent mixing knowledge.
- SSO, audit and live system connectors come in later phases.
Product status
The pilot backend exists: organizations, invites, user membership, organization documents and organization retrieval for an employee with one active organization. The next step is a simple admin screen and onboarding flow.
